Don’t respond when a blogger is just throwing out pointless gibberish that doesn’t matter, but don’t lie back when they’re flat out wrong on facts that do matter. Choose your battles and respond when its important.

    I agree completely with what you’re saying. I love reading blogs and social media more so for the opinions of people whose opinions I value as opposed to reading them for hard news. But now that some blogs seem to be breaking news faster than the MSM outlets can get to it, there are a whole new set of journalistic challenges to deal with.

    Anyway-Wes, can you post the ustream video that you did on the night of the recent gubernatorial debate in Charleston? I tuned in to watch some of it but I wound up missing most of it. I’d love to watch it…
