The journey toward the tattoo continues…

It’s been a chaotic two weeks in my life as I’ve been training my face off for my first Ironman 70.3. As a result, a lot of things have fallen through the cracks. I can’t let the family and the business fall through the cracks, so that means the blog and vlog have been on the back burner.

BUT I’M BACK!

I’m no fitness stud, but I have come a long way from a guy who didn’t work out at all –to a guy who is doing crazy endurance events.  And so a lot of people ask me for workout advice. My advice is simple – don’t workout. Train!

That’s what I talk about in this video.

Let me take a quick moment to thank all of you for the support as I work to become an Ironman and get my first tattoo in 2018. The number of encouraging calls, texts and messages has been unbelievable. I hope I can return the favor as you attempt to knock out big goals. A special thank you to Elizabeth, Chris and Jamie – my smoking hot wife, my coach and my assistant coach / chief encourager. I’ll talk a lot more about them in the coming days as I post my AARs.
