The first week of January my beautiful wife and I loaded up the kids and we headed to Disney World.
Sure, you’re thinking, “Awe how cute they’re going on vacation with the kiddos…” Wrong. E and I decided to compete in the Disney Dopey, which is a four day race (5K, 10K, Half Marathon & Full Marathon). But we had an absolute blast. Disney knows how to organize and keep people energized. We were running in the early morning and then chasing the kids around the parks during the day. By day four we were both mentally and physically exhausted but we rocked it.
