Find your accountability circle.
If all your friends jump off a cliff, would you jump too?
Yes, I would. Because my friends and I are always doing crazy things and making each other stronger.
I just woke up to a text from my friend Chris – “How are you feeling today? Did you get sleep last night? Alcohol?”
Two hours later I received a text from Frankie with a screenshot of his 18 mile run – “it was painful but it’s done son.”
Chris was holding me accountable. Frankie was holding himself accountable by letting me hold him accountable.
You are capable of more than you think you are. What may seem impossible is much easier when you surround yourself with like-minded people, who will hold you accountable and in return, who you also hold accountable.
My Endurance Farm tribe holds me accountable. My F3 brothers and the four horsemen hold me accountable. My church group, my Push Digital leadership team, my forum group all hold me accountable. My wife holds me accountable. All of them for different focuses in my life. In return, I hold all of them accountable. We make each other better.
Find your focus and your goals. Then find or build a circle of accountability around you. Then you can fly over the cliff when you jump with your people.
