It’s time for me to disappear for a few weeks and concentrate on my business and my family. I must deconstruct 2017, figure out what went right, meditate on what went wrong, set the goals and plan for 2018. Then, I’ll spend the holidays with my awesome family before heading to Disney for the Dopey races. I’ll reemerge back on the digital scene in early January. I promise.
So for now… no new blogs. No new VLOGS. And no new videos.
My team will be publishing several 2017 wrap ups with our favorite content from this year. As for me, I’ll be in hiding.
This has been one of the best years of my life. Lots of downs, but many, many more ups. I just want to thank each of you for all of your support, love, prayers and positive vibes throughout the year. Seriously, you fuel all the hustle.
Next year is going to be the biggest year yet. I have some extremely huge announcements around my personal content, the Push Digital brand and some new content that’s coming soon. Expect all of that as soon as I return in January.
One closing thought…
God made himself man to walk among us as Jesus Christ so that he could bring love and peace to our world. Love and peace, people. I know that some of you reading this may not be Christian. I’m going to guess that the super majority of you are. Or at least that’s what you call yourself.
I fell in love with the Internet and made digital my career because I thought this would be the place where we could all join hands and solve the world’s problems. Instead, it’s become a place that fuels anger and hate.
My final call of 2017 is to ask you to remember why God became man. Take this time of the year to analyze the words coming from your fingertips as you play online. Analyze the tone of your heart. Ask yourself if you are displaying the peace and love God has asked and demanded you to display.
Do you truly love your neighbors? Do you have and display empathy? Does the image of baby Jesus and the words, “Peace on Earth and goodwill toward men,” reflect your general life philosophy?
“Listen to what I say
Pray for peace, people everywhere.
Listen to what I say
A child, a child, sleeping in the night
He will bring us goodness and light.
He will bring us goodness and light.”
