There’s nothing new in this book other than a unique life story. Most of it is common sense advice you can find in other self-improvement books. The difference is two-fold:
Whalen doesn’t waste your time. There’s no fluff. He’s straight to the point. Other authors write page after page of bullshit in some obvious attempt to just make their book longer. It’s infuriating. This is a quick outline that you can consume in one day. And you should.
His tone is amazing. Whalen is a no-bullshit guy and he doesn’t sugarcoat anything. If you like my tone, you’ll love his tone.
If you’re going to read just one self-improvement book this one is a great one to pick up. You can knock it out rapidly for a quick jolt of motivation.
Side note: follow Sean Whalen and his Lions Not Sheep movement on Insta. I want to meet this guy soon. He’s saying what I’ve been saying for years. He’s just better at it because he doesn’t have to worry about losing clients.
