I picked it up because it’s on all those Instagram pics of essential business reads. I was disappointed. It’s trash.
If you want to focus then you shut off your phone, turn off the internet, tell your team to leave you the hell (or kids) alone for a few hours and just concentrate on the now, the work directly in front of you.
