I recommended a book about Wim Hof to you last year. This one is even better as it was written by Wim Hof himself. Not only is the book really good, but the method itself has a ton of benefits for all individuals and especially athletes. I’ve been doing the method on and off for a couple of years now and I am pretty disappointed in myself for not being consistent with it because I truly believe of its benefits. In the last month, I have recommitted myself and I’m doing it every day. I recommend the book and the daily practice.
