How To Build Wealth, Not Bank Accounts

Let me fix a misperception.

I own multiple digital businesses. I co-own a brewery. I own beach houses. I own a beautiful historic building in downtown Charleston.

None of that means I’m rich. In fact, I probably have less cash than most of you reading this. Having cash isn’t my goal. My goal is to change the direction of my family tree for these little guys and their kids.

I’ve spent the last five years working to improve my financial education. Here’s what I’ve learned about money:

  1. Don’t sit on cash. Deploy it.
  2. Cash is a tool used to build things
  3. Buy cash producing assets, not toys
  4. Build wealth, not bank accounts
  5. Use other people’s money
  6. Think long term

I hope some of this helps you.

Should I dive into the specifics of each point? Let me know.
