10 Simple Habits That Are Guaranteed To Improve Your Health, Wealth and Legacy

I’ve read just about every self improvement book and tested hundreds of habits. So much of the advice is the same. Some is valid. Some is crap.

Here are the top ten habits I suggest you picking up immediately to put you on a path toward Health, Wealth and Legacy.

I do these ten every single day. No, this is not everything. This is a place for you to get started. Just hit me up if you have questions.

Here you go:

  1. Workout for 1 hour
  2. Stretch for 20 mins
  3. Meditate for 20 mins
  4. Read financial education for 30 mins
  5. Read or watch financial news for 20 mins
  6. Drink 1 gallon of water
  7. No processed food today
  8. No food 3 hours before bed
  9. Set tomorrow’s priorities (3 only) right before bed
  10. Sleep 8 hours

Extra for spouses and parents:

  1. Talk to spouse for 20 mins
  2. Play with kids for 20 mins

These habits will help you improve 1% everyday and put you on a path to tackle bigger habits. They’ve helped me a lot and I know they’ll help you too.
